Located in Fiesole, the Villa San Michele's exquisite setting, surrounded by woodland and affording magnificent views over Florence, is a true delight. You will be greeted by the unique façade of this 15th century monastery, originally designed by the artist Michelangelo and later converted into a charming hotel. The elegant interior of this five star hotel is tastefully decorated with the highest standard of comfort while still maintaining its original features. Guests may dine by candlelight in the elegant Loggia al fresco restaurant, enjoying a breathtaking view of Florence and the Arno Valley. Fiesole is a 25-minute drive from the heart of Florence and the hotel provides a regular courtesy shuttle bus to the city centre.

Located in the monastery building with fantastic views over Florence, this elegant restaurant offers traditional Tuscan cuisine along with a children's menu. In late spring and summer The Loggia (Terrace) is the perfect place for a relaxing lunch or dinner in the warm sunshine while in early spring and autumn the magnificent inside rooms Chiostro (Cloister) and Cenacolo provide an historic location to enjoy sumptuous dishes.
Breakfast is a full American breakfast consisting of a buffet and hot dishes ordered à la carte.

Located by the hilltop swimming pool, this restaurant serves light lunches and snacks. Enjoy the wonderful views over Florence and relax in the cool calm surroundings. With shaded areas and sun loungers, drinks are served by the pool and on the terrace.
During the months of June to September guests can enjoy a picturesque informal dinner served from 7.30pm - 9.30pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Located beside the Loggia Restaurant, these bars serve snacks from 11:30am - 19:30pm and a late supper menu from 11.30pm - 1am. Guests can enjoy a relaxing drink with live piano music from 7pm until midnight.

Located on the three terraces in the Italian gardens, guests can enjoy a drink whilst listening to live music being played on the piano from 19:00pm.
