About the location
Rome – the Eternal City – is often said to be the world’s greatest open-air museum, boasting hundreds of historic sights around every corner and in every square. There’s so much to see and do that you’d need a month to take it all in, but a week or less is enough to give you a taste of Italy’s incredible capital.
With more than 3,000 years under its belt, Rome has long been one of the world’s leading centres of culture. There are masterpieces like the
Sistine Chapel, numerous wine-fuelled feasts to partake in, and a raft of iconic sights, including the world’s largest amphitheatre –
the Colosseum.
Best of all, the majority of Rome’s attractions are within walking distance of each other, so you’ll be able to soak up the Roman way of life as you walk to the
Pantheon or
Trevi Fountain. Maybe you’ll discover a hidden church with beautiful frescoes or a secret trattoria serving excellent wine from the
Lazio hills. (See our small-group
food tour.) That’s when the phrase ‘when in Rome’ really comes in handy...

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, easy walk from main station but all main attractions within walking distance, the furthest being the Vatican museums and St Peters Basilica which took approx 30 minutes to walk.
Good Covid prevention in place, buffet breakfast not available for this reason but staff happy to serve and give ample portions. Operations nanager delightful to chat to.
Room a little small but perfectly adequate for a city break. View of Santa Maria Basilica from roof terrace at night is stunning.

Great location, very close to Termini station and Metro station. 20 min walk will get you to famous Piazza di Navona, Pantheon and Fontana Di Trevi. Loads of restaurants overthere. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms quiet and clean and service very good. If you wish to have a great view, book one of the rooms on the 5th floor , for example room 509 has an amazing view to basilica.
Cons are that the rooms are small, and I booked superior double room. Bathroom is spacious.
I took bed and breakfast. Breakfast was quite disappointing, very small choice of bread, 1 type of salami and some butter and jam. No eggs or fried stuff ( however it's personal ).
The rooftop restaurant where you'll have your breakfast is amazing ,on open and with amazing views.
Great value for the price paid.

Old charm, good amenities, good wifi, excellent restaurant. Trip to Italy first week in December 2019 - first trip to Italy as well. Location was very good, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Buffett breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. Dinner at their restaurant was delicious and outside view and terrace off restaurant very nice. It took us a while to realize that the keys given to front desk when we went out also turned off electricity (since we left someone napping in the room, we handed in the key before venturing out). Cozy bar in the lobby, was perfect after a long day to sit and have a drink.

Highly recommend this unpretentious but very good quality and value for money stay. Would definately return. Handy location only 15 mins walk to Coliseum, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, decent breakfasts and bar cocktails were excellent with the happy hour prices only 5 euros even full price 8 euros.
