Starting at 16:00 at the Bouganvillea restaurant you’ll work under the expert guidance of a true Italian gelato maker. You’ll learn to make your very own gelato from delicious fresh fruits, typical of the area. You’ll be provided with an apron and headwear before working in the laboratory blending flavours to create the perfect gelato. At the end you’ll be able to sample your creation and enjoy the two flavours you create.
