Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : UK – Verona
After arriving in Verona, drop your bags off at your preferred hotel and then venture out into the city! Sitting in Piazza Bra, the centre of Verona, is one of the most delightful activities in the area. In the late afternoon and early evening, partake in an aperitivo, a beloved Italian custom. Choose from one of the numerous eateries located around the square, settle down, enjoy an aperitif, and watch the crowd. If you choose to have dinner here, you'll be treated to your first taste of the opera, as you'll most likely hear the music and singing from the performance occurring tonight. So keep an ear out!

Take a break from walking and treat yourself to a coffee or two at one of the local coffee shops. In the evening, it's time to attend the opera. After hearing it from Piazza Bra yesterday, now is the chance to experience the grandeur of this impressive amphitheatre. The festival features various performances, including Nabucco, La Traviata, and Aida, with shows starting at 9:15 pm in June, 9:00 pm in July, and 8:45 pm in August and September. The gates open two hours before the show, and we recommend arriving at least an hour early to secure seats in the stalls for maximum comfort during the lengthy performances.
