Located just two miles from the lovely town of Villasimius with its restaurants and shops, the Hotel Stella Maris is positioned amongst landscaped gardens in front of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The swimming pool has spectacular views of the gently shelving turquoise sea of the Campulongu Bay, and has sunbeds and parasols hidden amongst the palm trees and bougainvillea.
The hotel features quirky artwork and the guest rooms are decorated with traditional Sardinian features and the hotel offers an American bar, panoramic piano bar, TV and games room and tennis courts (payable locally). Gourmet cuisine and Sardinian specialities are accompanied with local fine wines inside the elegant dining room or on the shaded panoramic sea view terrace.
The beautifully maintained gardens lead down to the fine white sandy beach where complimentary sunbeds, parasols and beach towels are available for guests to use (from 2nd row, the first row is available at an extra cost approx €25 per day . For the more adventurous, various watersports and equipment can be hired locally and excursions can be booked in the reception.
The relaxed atmosphere of the hotel is enhanced by the personal service from its attentive staff and its location, which is ideal for exploring the south coast. The centre of Villasimius is just a ten -minute drive away and is full of shops, bars, cafés, gelaterias and pizzerias and is where you can enjoy traditional music and dancing shows in the summer evenings.

This elegant panoramic restaurant serves delicious fresh fish and high standard Mediterranean and traditional Sardinian cuisine, accompained by fine wines either in the dining room or on the terrace underneath the starry sky. The buffet breakfast and lunch can also be served on the wide shaded terrace overlooking the sea with beautiful views over the bay.
