Antonello is the "flagship" of the crew and the example of a highly professional, warmhearted and utmost friendly host. Elegance and style with this lovely touch of humor and longlife experience! One in a million. And that transfers on all the attentive, cute and genuine team members working at this place. Thanks to Claudio, Giseppe, Francesca, Viola, Mattia, Marco, Anna and Alex for making our stay so memorable and unforgettable! You are very precious Ragazzi! Also many thanks to Lucia our room pearl who made sure that our room was everyday splenditly clean. You do an important and great job. A warm thanks to the gardening angels who maintain the grounds utmost cared and well maintained. A garden who invites to dream, relax and forget time and stress... Last but not least, a big thanks to the general management of Baja Hotels for ensuring that this hotel keeps its soul also for the future and making the right investments to keep that undescribable gem shining in all its beauty! Lovely staff very helpful, more helpful than the tourist office, very clean, although the rooms could do with an upgrade. Waiting staff knew their job and were helpful, cleaners friendly and helpful. Not a lot to do in Bia Sardinian, the week we were there is was very wet and windy the tail end of storm Boris

We have arrived today at this beautiful vacation resort and are truely amazed of this stunning place! What an incredible way to enjoy our holidays! The moment we steped in the reception area we felt welcomed and at "home". The team at the welcome desk did a great job and gave us the best first impression uppon arrival. The grounds of the hotel are very well maintained, with beautiful botanics and lots of cared spots which invite to chill allong. Big compliment to the garden team for puting so much efforts and love! Our first meal we had at the pool restaurant/bar and we were greeted by Viola and her colleague which were so warmhearted, sympathic and utmost professional. The food was amazing, all fresh ingredients and lovely presented. As we were very hungry we appreciated the swift serving of the plates. Great Job guys! We have decided for a double room at the recidence for our stay and yes, you see that the rooms within the residence are not the most modern ones - but there are also some very positive points to mention: - very spacious with high seelings - peacefully and quiet - very hygienic and clean with tilled floors - seperate dressing room - very well working airconditioning - authentic island decoration To be improved: - Shower in a tub with curtain is defenately not comfortable and is not fitting to this hotel - some easy maintenace of hick-offs on furniture would be appreciated - Closing system of main entance of the room does not ferl safe But a big compliment to the room cleaning pearls, you do a great job, the room is spotless clean and smells very good! In the evening we've enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the hotels'restaurant. Antonello, his deputy Claudio and their team welcomed us so warmhearted and made our dinner experience outstanding. The Spaghetti Vongole were delicious and we've enjoyed our Tiramisù and the pannacotta for dessert. The variety of the menu is huge and its hard to decide which from the delights you want to chose. After having a beautiful meal with great hosts, we've enjoyed our last drink at the outdoor bar under the sparkling stars of beautiful Baja Sardinia. Thanks to the charming and entertaining Piano Virtouos which compleated our evening with so much happiness and joy! Good night Bisaccia Team!
