About the location
Rome – the Eternal City – is often said to be the world’s greatest open-air museum, boasting hundreds of historic sights around every corner and in every square. There’s so much to see and do that you’d need a month to take it all in, but a week or less is enough to give you a taste of Italy’s incredible capital.
With more than 3,000 years under its belt, Rome has long been one of the world’s leading centres of culture. There are masterpieces like the
Sistine Chapel, numerous wine-fuelled feasts to partake in, and a raft of iconic sights, including the world’s largest amphitheatre –
the Colosseum.
Best of all, the majority of Rome’s attractions are within walking distance of each other, so you’ll be able to soak up the Roman way of life as you walk to the
Pantheon or
Trevi Fountain. Maybe you’ll discover a hidden church with beautiful frescoes or a secret trattoria serving excellent wine from the
Lazio hills. (See our small-group
food tour.) That’s when the phrase ‘when in Rome’ really comes in handy...

Very elegant and lovely hotel. Excellent service with a great restaurant. The staff are outstanding and very helpful! The room we had was great. I had requested separate beds (I was traveling with a friend) and they were able to accommodate my request. Hotel was exceptionally clean and took all of the appropriate measures for COVID cleaning and distancing measures. Highly recommend.

I have so many wonderful reviews.. The hotel is in the most perfect location in Rome. At the end of the block is the Spanish Steps. You turn the other way you are on Via del Corso, famous for shopping and the best restaurants all around you. The hotel: We arrived by car and were greeted with doorman instantly. Our check in process for the family was done in minutes and the associates took us to our rooms. We had junior suites which I highly recommend. They have restored the hotel and it looks amazing. The restaurant we had breakfast which had plenty of options. The bar was small but the bartender was one of best I have seen in Europe. We also had the Presidential suite and the room was beyond spectacular with a foyer, living room, powder room, king bed area and the bathroom with a sauna. Simply an outstanding stay and look forward to another arrival.

Reception was super helpful, guiding is by phone in our car for 20 minutes as Many of the access streets had roadworks and were partially closed.
Room was nice. Beds very hard to my taste.
