Venice & The Jewels of Veneto - Uniworld River Cruise

A unique river cruise experience in Venice

Discover the beauty of Venice and its famous lagoon on a boutique luxury river cruise. This unique experience allows you to learn about the rich history of the Veneto region as well as visit the surrounding islands. The eight day tour features several once in a lifetime excursions including after hours visits to the famous St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace with your own professional guide. These attractions are hugely popular, but Uniworld guests can skip the long queues and enjoy a private tour. Sail through Venice and explore the lagoon from a whole new angle, exploring Venice’s famed islands. Ocean cruise lines are banned from this area and Uniworld is the only luxury cruise permitted to sail in the lagoon, so it really is a unique experience not to be missed. It is also a great opportunity to add to your Italy trip so you can see even more of Italy, just give our Personal Travel Planners a call to discuss your options.

On board the river cruise you’ll find wonderful dining experiences at the four restaurants as well as locally inspired entertainment. Guests are also treated to welcome and farewell gala dinners, a real opportunity to enjoy the very best Italian cuisine. There’s also all inclusive amenities including unlimited fine wines, cocktails, spirits and beers to enjoy.

The itinerary includes highlights like early morning access to Doge’s Palace, walks in the picturesque towns of Mazzorbo and Chioggia, and excursions to various historic sites and attractions.

The exclusive amenities and carefully curated experiences make the Venice & The Jewels of Veneto tour an ideal option for travellers seeking a luxurious and memorable exploration of Venice and the surrounding Veneto region.

On guided tours/excursions it is customary to leave a token of appreciation for the driver and guide.

On small group escorted tours, it is customary to leave a token of appreciation the driver and guide at the end of the tour.
