The Starhotels Splendid Venice is conveniently located in the heart of the historical centre, between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking romantic bridges and old Venetian Palaces, the hotel features its own private dock on the canal and can be reached by gondola or water taxi.
The public rooms are spacious and in contemporary style but with Venetian touches. The guest rooms are decorated with subtle colour combinations to create unique bright interiors. In addition to the numerous restaurants surrounding Piazza San Marco, the hotel also houses a fine restaurant 'Le Maschere', serving a lovely selection of regional specialities and the Canal View Bar is the perfect place to end each day watching the gondolas drift by.
