Explore the Piazza della Signoria and townhall, Palazzo Vecchio (exterior), Florence's political heart and a significant part of its history, which dominates the skyline with its medieval tower. You’ll also see a replica of Michelangelo’s David, set outside as a political statement for the then-small city of Florence.
After viewing the city's famous piazzas and palazzos, you’ll then be guided to the Ponte Vecchio, an incredible example of engineering and architecture. This famous bridge is lined with small, luxury shops and is one of Florence’s most popular tourist attractions.
You’ll finish with a visit inside the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral where your guide will reveal all the secrets of its immense art and architecture.
