After meeting with the chef you will start with a food tour through the city centre. You will discover authentic and historic bottegas where you will have the chance to enjoy some typical Florentine street food. Together with the chef, you will you will collect your fresh and seasonal ingredients from local food markets or traditional delicatessen, which will help you make expert creations.
After reaching the exclusive location in the heart of Florence, and you will start using your ingredients and prepare your delicious lunch guided by the experienced chef .
The menu will vary depending on season and on the fresh ingredients available but you will be able to make Potato Gnocchi from scratch or spaghetti alla chitarra, with hand made Pesto. You will continue with a second dish like a delicious eggplant Parmigiana and end by preparing your own desert.
Following the lesson, you’ll get to enjoy the meal you have lovingly produced during the session paired with some of the finest Tuscan wines.
At the end of your class you will also receive a booklet with the recipes you prepared to take home with you.
