Masseria Montenapoleone is set within spectacular farmlands and surrounded by Puglia’s famously luscious countryside. Outside you’ll find pretty whitewashed buildings, vineyards, peaceful courtyards and a luxury swimming pool. Inside, you can immerse yourself in Southern Italy’s charm and hospitality while enjoying expertly created dishes made using fresh local produce and Italian wines.

Spend your days rambling through the fields of Puglia, unwinding by the swimming pool or exploring local towns and villages. Visit olive groves and learn about farming in the surrounding area, discover the works of famous writers inspired by Puglia’s beauty and pick fresh, organic produce with your hands. Masseria Montenapoleone Hotel also offers bicycles for guests, as well as cooking lessons. Create delicious Puglian classics as you learn the traditional art of Italian cooking.

The cosy, intimate Masseria Montenapoleone retains its original farmhouse feel, with lovingly restored features around every corner. Enjoy its hilltop position as you take in the rural surroundings, relax in cool interiors and enjoy individually decorated rooms with quirky details.

Bars & Restaurants

La Stella

The breakfast rooms are located in what used to be the horse stalls. Keeping to the original features you will find lamp shades made from old saddles, tables made from old weighing-scales. Here you will find the Masseria's home-made produce such as jams, flans made from dried figs, cheese and seasonal fruit.

La Falegnameria

Located in the old carpenters workshop, La Falegnameria provides a truly rustic environment to enjoy typical Apulian food and drink.

Communal Kitchens

For those who love to cook (even on holiday), Masseria Montenapoleone has a communal kitchen for guests to use during their stay. Using locally grown ingredients you have carefully selected.

Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are available at a charge. Minimum of 2 and up to 15 persons. Includes Wheat experience, visit included. Cooking class pasta and foccacia making (90 min.)

About the location

Located on the hill with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside towards the sea, Selva di Fasano is a pleasant town, surrounded by woods and pristine nature. Known as the 'Italian balcony of the Orient', the town is dotted by famous 'Trulli' houses, a collection of characteristic old stone buildings. 

Just outside the town, you can visit Zoo Safari Fasanolandia, Europe's largest wild animal park, whilst Selva di Fasano itself boasts a beautiful botanical garden, an oriental style villa and minaret constructed by a local artist as well as several restaurants and shops.

Transfer time

The hotel is 35 minutes from Brindisi airport. We recommend hiring a car in your destination. Simply call us once you’ve completed your booking and we will talk you through the options.

Cosy rooms located in the Masseria's former labourers' quarter. Furnished in a rustic style, no room is the same. All Rustic Rooms have their own independent entrace through the colourful garden.

More spacious than the Rustic rooms they are also located in the Masseria's former labourers' quarter. Furnished in a rustic style, no room is the same. All Deluxe Rustic Rooms have their own independent entrace through the colourful garden. Decorated with objects of past life with elements of stone, wood and wrought iron.

Junior Suite

Junior Suites offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. They are what used to be the old stables, and are now comfortable spacious dwellings. Each have their own lounge and independent entrance onto the gardens.

Superior suites are elegant and spacious and are located in the old storerooms, granary and shepherd quarters. Each one different from the other. Some have private gardens, balconies or verandas with wonderful sea views.
