My recent stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Genova in Turin was a delightful experience, marked by the friendly receptionist, Emiliano who made us feel welcome with his warm demeanor and helpful attitude. Really well located hotel in the middle of Turin opposite the train station. Very close to all the Turin sites and transport. The room are larger than you would expect and the hotel does have a small gym you can use (the machines are limited). It is actually very good value for money. Front staff very friendly and helpful. It does have a pool wellness facility on the bottom floors.

This was a return visit to the hotel as it is perfect for our needs. It is located across the road from both the airport bus stop and the Porta Nuova train station and a very easy walk to the main sites. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a safe and fridge and the bathroom was a very generous size. Breakfast was nice and the ladies very pleasant. We will stay here again
