Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome

We really loved this hotel. The entire staff was incredible- always helpful and friendly. The concierge made great recommendations for local restaurants and the doormen were fabulous! The room was spacious and comfortable and had good a/c. This hotel also has a pool! It was a quick walk to the train station which was convenient for our arrival and about a 20 minute walk to the more touristy areas around the Trevi fountain. We loved it!

Group of 7 for a 4 days trip to Rome Great entrance, very friendly staff at the desk , however once you are in things are getting changed . Poor view of all 3 rooms we had Shamble and extremely poor and slow service at the roof top restaurant . A group told us we didnt need booking and when we arrived at 8 PM they said Oh! You need to book in advance . They gave us a small table which is usually for 3 people for 7 of us despite having had 2 other tables free for. Over 2 hours , some of us had their dinner standing up .. no shame from the staff . The desert came 60 min after ordering it , when we were finally leaving , the girl came to us with £15 cash and said she deducted it from our bill and we could go , I told her we havent paid anything yet , clearly they were clueless. The swimming pool was another story , the service inexistant , the waiters looking at you from far an and as soon as they see your hand up , turn her head. And goes away , great service!! Every day the towel box was empty and we had to run after them to give us towels which normally should be always available . Avoid Friday and Saturday rooftop bar , the number of half naked suspicious girls coming by pair was just unbelievable , the funniest thing was they came to my sons table and after 1/2 h Said “ How much for the night” . Didn’t expect this from a 5 star hotel anyway Avoid the place , there are lots of other 5 star hotels far better
