About the location
Capri Town is the first thing visitors see when they arrive on the island. From a deceptively small port, the town of Capri climbs upwards into the island’s scenic foothills. Its pretty terracotta houses and intricate whitewashed alleyways are picture-perfect, and you'll see them on many a postcard for sale in the island's souvenir shops.
The town first became known as a haven for the rich and famous during Roman times and is still a celebrity magnet today. At the heart of Capri lies the renowned Piazzetta – a flower-adorned square that looks out over the Mediterranean Sea. From this popular base, set at the top of the island’s funicular railway, visitors can immerse themselves in the maze of winding streets that makes up the heart of the town.
Just a few streets away is Via Camerelle, Capri’s fashion centre, with luxurious boutiques and sun-drenched cafes creating the perfect setting for a shopping spree. One of the island’s top attractions is just steps from this shopping idyll – the Gardens of Augustus. These beautiful botanical gardens have been established for more than 100 years and offer visitors perfumed pathways and awe-inspiring views over the famed Faraglioni rock formation.
The hotel is 2 hours 15 minutes from Naples airport. Return private transfers included. To change your transfers or book car hire instead, simply call us once you’ve completed your booking.

We had the luxury of enjoying both a garden view room (28) and a sea view room (24) during our five days in Capri. We can highly recommend both. The sea view is unparalleled. The garden view offers a wonderful view the top of a mountain and the beautiful buildings built into it. The rooms are comfortable in every way. It was great to keep the full-length doors to the balcony open for fresh air or enjoy air-conditioning when we needed it.
Breakfast was healthy, with enough indulgent offerings to satisfy everyone. It was nicely presented and delicious.
The front desk staff was helpful when we sought their expertise or advice. They even helped us buy tickets for a show we wanted to attend in Naples. No nonsense of concierge brokerage fees - just help as if they were friends. That hospitable approach permeated the staff at the hotel, and we appreciated it a lot.
If steps are a difficult for you, make sure to inquire about options. I don't know how you could access the hotel without going up steps, but perhaps there's a way.
Stay here and enjoy!

This hotel is fantastic during the day Capri is overly busy this hotel is set back enough so you can relax by the very nice pool and enjoy the resteraunt under lemon trees. The rooms are also great with nice balcony’s ours faced the pool which was nice but others faced the bay which would be equally as good if not better. The rooms have sky tv are clean and have towels for the pool. The breakfast is good with hot and cold options but best of all views across Capri. Top tip if you ha e no days trips booked chill in the hotel round the pool till 5 then go out when the day visitors go the last Ferry is 6 but the hotel is in the centre so it will be quite from 5 onwards up there. The next morning go and do the sights early before anyone gets there.
