About the location

Just three miles from breathtaking Amalfi is Minori – a pretty beach town that wouldn’t look out of place on a postcard. This scenic seaside town is as authentic as you can get, with traditional terracotta-roofed buildings and a laid-back vibe that’s hard to beat. The highlight of the town is the beautiful beachfront, which is one of the most compact yet lovely slices of sand found on the Amalfi Coast. Elsewhere in Minori, you can discover a remarkable Roman villa, which features original frescoes and mosaics dating from more than 2,000 years ago, and a beautiful lemon-yellow cathedral built during the 17th century. Although small, Minori boasts a surprising number of restaurants, many offering classic Italian fare such as homemade pasta dishes and fine meat plates. Another of Minori's plus-points is that it's within striking distance of Amalfi – the iconic beach town known for its beautiful setting and glamorous visitors.
