The hotel is situated in the area of Conca Dei Marini and is just 4-kilometres away from the town of Amalfi which can be reached by the hotel's minibus ( payable locally) or the local bus. Spend your days lounging on the sun terrace or by by the cliffside seawater swimming pool which is one of the largest on the coast. The hotel has a panoramic restaurant offering stunning views of the coastline and the traditional Mediterranean dishes with classic recipes from the Amalfi Coast will make for a perfect end to the day. Indulge in local products such as the famous fior di latte, semi-soft fresh cheese from nearby Agerola, and the catch of the day from the Gulf of Salerno. About the location
Conca dei Marini is a tiny fishing village commune with just a handful of amenities, yet there is a quaint rural charm here that can’t be found in many other places along the Amalfi Coast. I had some concerns about this hotel at fiesta (after the hair raising ride from Naples). However, the place quickly grew on me. The breakfast overlooking the sea, the pool and the staff were all amazing. Shout out to the lifeguard and barman at the pool, Tomasso at the bar upstairs and all the staff (including the housekeepers, who were quiet on the mornings and always had time for hello and a compliment).

Our hotel room was above the staff room. From our balcony we could see the staff enter and leave the room below (accessed via the terrace). They would sit in front of our balcony on the terrace wall smoking and talking very loud. One evening their music and chatter was so loud we couldn???t enjoy our evening on the balcony. My husband reported the noise to reception but they seemed unconcerned and did nothing. Our mornings were abruptly woken by the noise of the cleaners talking very loudly, at times seemed like they were arguing. We could hear them cleaning the room above and would drag furniture on the tiled floors. Very noisy! Hallways are dreary and unattended cleaning trolleys left everywhere and cleaning staff sitting in the hallway seating area. Wi-Fi in our room was shocking! TV didn???t work due to poor signal. Drinks very overpriced but you???ve got nowhere else to go that???s nearby unless you???re prepared to pay for a taxi. Don???t rely on the buses, they don???t run on time and are overcrowded which means you???re likely to wait hours for another bus. On a positive end, the view was amazing!
