1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
Sharing a pizza and a Caprese salad with my mum in Florence, it was her first trip to Italy for her 70th birthday, and the food, setting and atmosphere were amazing.2. What is the best thing about being in Italy?
The food and wine! Everything tastes so fresh in Italy.
3. Where would you love to go next, and why?
The Amalfi Coast, it’s so stunning. The clear waters and small towns are so beautiful and getting around to the different areas is really convenient.
4. Do you prefer visiting cities, coast or countryside, and why?
City breaks for sure. I love experiencing all the different foods, attractions, and most importantly, the wines. Good food and wine are number one on the holiday checklist.
