About Hotel Caruso
Positioned on the highest point of Ravello this elegant and sophisticated hotel rests on a clifftop over 1,000 feet above sea level, with some of the most spectacular views over the Mediterranean and Amalfi Coast.Originally built as an 11th century palazzo by the D'Afflitto family from Rome, it has played host to many famous names. Within the grounds some unusual white cave dwellings, dating back to the 10th and 11th centuries, were recently discovered.
