Eno-Gastronomic Wine Tour around Etna 
For those who can’t get enough of Italian food and wine, this tour makes the perfect day out. Combining gastostronomy with the splendid views which surround Etna.
You’ll be picked up and driven to Etna where you’ll reach 2000 metres before making part of the climb by foot in order to reach the Silvestri craters. These natural wonders are a spectacular sight and show the true force of nature in this area. Here you’ll begin the gastronomic experience and enjoy a tasting of local Etna products including breads, honey and olive oil to name a few! The journey continues to a winery set in the Etna region, you’ll get to see the wine estate as well as a taking part in a wine tasting which you can enjoy with a Sicilian dish. 
Next you’re back on the road and taking the beautiful scenic route refered to as the ‘Sea Mountain’ which offers fantastic views of Etna as well as the Ionian sea. The next winery is positioned with wonderful sea views where you’ll get to combine a wine tasting with a typical Sicilian lunch.  You’ll continue to the hill top town of Castiglione di Sicilia where you’ll enjoy a walk to be rewarded with fantastic views, the perfect end to a great day.

Etna Experience - Half Day
A fantastic and truly Sicilian day out to one of the worlds most active volcanoes - Etna. You’ll be picked up and accompanied by an English speaking guide who will spend the day with you, explaining the history of Etna and the surrounding areas. You’ll pass the town of Zafferana Etnea which has suffered destruction in the past due to its close proximity to Etna and you’ll be able to see suggestive views of the lava flows. 
You’ll drive to 2000 metres at which point you’ll disembark and walk to the Silvestri craters as well as the new lava flows created during the volcanic movement between 2001 and 2003. After working up an appetite on the walk you’ll get to stop and enjoy some of the local products of the area including Etna wine, honey, olives and bread. You’ll round off the day with a visit to the village of Giardini Naxos, once a greek colony which still retains its original charm. 

*There is an extended full day version of this tour. After tasting the local Etna foods you will visit a winery on Etna and take part in a wine tasting as well as visiting some beautiful local towns and enjoying a typical Sicilian lunch.

The City of Siracusa
You’ll be picked up by car and driven along the beautiful coastline of the Ionian Sea. The sea views combined with the Iblei mountains make for a wonderful drive leading to the city of Siracusa. You’ll begin with a stroll around the area, exploring fish and fruit markets positioned in the historical centre and soaking up the atmosphere of the city before being taken to the area of Neapolis. This area is famously known for its Greek heritage and today you can still see the ruins of the Greek theatre as well Latomia del Paradiso. There is plenty to explore in this area and is a fascinating insight into its history. 
You’ll also get the chance to explore the beautiful baroque island of Ortigia. Here you’ll see the heart of the city and wander the cobbled paths before reaching the incredible Duomo which is steeped in history and offers wonderful views across the Ionian sea.  

*There is the option to extend this tour where following Ortigia you will travel to Noto, this beautiful town displays an incredible wealth of baroque architecture.

Godfather Sicilian Tour
For those who are fans of the Godfather you will no doubt know that some scenes were shot in Sicily and this tour gives you a chance to see some of the fantastic locations that the movie was shot in. 
After being picked up you’ll travel to the medieval village of Savoca where you’ll walk along the promenade which offers wonderful panoramic views. You’ll arrive at the recognisable church of Sant’Nicolo where fans of the Godfather will know it as the church where Al Pacino and Apollonia got married. You’ll get to explore the rest of the town where you’ll pass by the famous ‘VITELLI’ bar. 
The next village is Forza D’Agro, again dating back to medieval times, the cobbled streets and stone buildings contrast the striking views across the sea. Sant’ Agostino is another church which can be recognised from the second Godfather film where Vito escapes to the US. 
The final Medieval village of Castelmola is the last stop, here you’ll be able to wander around town at your own pace before returning to your hotel.

Catania and Cyclope Bay
Catania is a lively city situated near Etna having previously been destroyed by eruptions taking place centuries ago it still remains a historical town with plenty of art, history and culture. You’ll get to visit the main sights including the wonderfully grand Cathedral and the Roman theatre, the acoustics of which are still said to be excellent. There is also a famous fish market situated in the centre of Catania which you will get the chance to look around. 
You’ll then travel outside of Catania to the coastal towns of Aci Castello and Aci Trezza, you get to explore these pretty Sicilian villages and admire the marvelous sea views which includes the famous Faraglioni rocks which are formed of lava rock and sit in the middle of the sea.

Montalbano Tour
The popular TV series about Inspector Montalbano is famously filmed in Sicilian locations including the baroque towns of Ragusa, Modica, Scicli and Ispica.
