About the location
Colonna Park can be found in Porto Cervo, purpose-built in the 1950s by renowned architects to be a bustling seaside resort in the heart of Costa Smeralda. Over the years it has flourished to become a top name in Sardinia for luxury living, but still has less than 500 residents which gives it the authentic charm visitors love.
Porto Cervo is in the north of Sardinia and oozes a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere that few other towns in Sardinia can match. There is lots to do here including several museums, restaurants, shops, and children’s attractions.

Hotel looked lovely and traditional. Grounds well maintained, staff at all levels were friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent for all the sights in northern part of the island. Airport is 35mins away, parking for a hire car is not a problem.

Room was ok, we had a twin room with two single beds. The bathroom is very dark, there's no light in the shower area. Breakfast is good and abundant.
The hotel provides towels for the beach and has a shuttle that takes you to the city and other parts of town (we didn't use this service). There's also parking space outside the hotel which is pretty convenient given that it's really hard to park around Porto Cervo in general.
Staff is very polite and attentive.

Bottom line: probably too expensive for what you get. Maybe this is a common issue in Porto Cervo.
