JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa is an entirely private island retreat on the Venetian lagoon. Guests can take advantage of the complimentary boat service to St Mark’s Square to explore the historic sights before returning to the refreshing tranquillity of Isola delle Rose.
Opened in 2015, it is designed by Italian architect Matteo Thun in a minimalist style that captures the light of the lagoon and gardens.

Sapori Cooking Academy offers a full day market to table experience and introductory classes. Our Chef lead the cooking school where guests work with fresh local ingredients to create dishes that reflect Venetian tradition including cicchetti which is considered a classic in Italian cuisine.
