If you have booked your holiday through a TUI branch which you cannot currently contact, and you are travelling in the next 7 days, please call the team at Citalia on 01293 839109, who will be able to assist you in these extraordinary circumstances.

Please be assured that, as per official advice from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO), supplemented with information from the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), as well as the up-to-the-minute local knowledge we have from our robust team of Ground Operators in resort, and the countries local governments themselves, the trips and destinations we are offering at this time are safe to visit and we will do everything we can to ensure that you have the holiday of a lifetime.
The FCO advice has changed for all of Italy, can I cancel my holiday?
What will happen if my Italian holiday, booked for later this year, can’t go ahead because a hotel or town/resort are in lock down?
What happens if the Foreign and Commonwealth Office doesn’t specifically advise against travelling to a country?
If there is no advice against travel to the destination that you have booked, the holidays will be provided as planned and normal booking conditions apply but please be assured that we will be closely monitoring the situation and should the official advice change, we will contact you as soon as possible.
However, please note that some countries have entry restrictions in place for travellers who are either arriving directly from countries where there have been major coronavirus outbreaks, or have visited them within the past 14 days.
Due to the ever changing situations, bookings that are affected in this way will be contacted 7 days prior to travel. Your Destination Specialist will work with you if your holiday plans are affected.
