About Villa Manuela
This idyllic 400-year-old stone villa has been lovingly restored and decorated with great attention to detail. Standing on a hillside amongst olive trees, Villa Manuela commands inspiring views of the surrounding hills, valleys, and of the lovely town of Cortona, four miles away. The house was built on two floors and still has its original wooden beams and terracotta floors. On entering, you are greeted by the very cosy living room with a TV and comfortable sofas. Doors lead out to the large lawned garden. The double bedroom is also on the ground floor and has an en suite shower room. A wooden staircase leads up to the pretty blue and white kitchen/dining room which has a fireplace and is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-ring hob, oven and dishwasher. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, one twin and one twin/double, separated by a bathroom. Behind the villa is the superb private swimming pool (normally in use May - Sep) set in a panoramic spot in the garden, with sunloungers. At the front of the building is a charming garden with table and chairs. There is also a conveniently situated separate outhouse with kitchen facilities and a washing machine. Provisions can be purchased at Ossaia, three miles from the villa.Facilities:

Car hire is recommended, Cortona is 28 miles from Perugia and 38 miles from Siena.
