About Tenuta Mormoraia
Only 3 miles (5km) from San Gimignano lies the magnificent Tenuta Mormoraia providing accommodation of a very high standard. This former farmstead has been lovingly converted into apartments and stands amongst vineyards, with a magnificent view of San Gimignano across the countryside. There is a swimming pool with a spacious whirlpool area (normally in use mid May-Sep) surrounded by a sunbathing area, and in the well tended gardens there is a barbecue and an outside dining area set with tables and chairs. Mountain bikes can be hired and fishing is available (own equipment required). A communal washing machine is available (payable locally).Accommodation:
CIPRESSO sleeps 2-4 people and is on the ground floor in the main building. Living/dining room with kitchen area. One double bedroom, one twin room, and shower room. The apartment has a small private terrace and access to a small shared courtyard.PINO sleeps 2-4 people and is on the ground floor. Living/dining room with kitchen area. One double and one twin room. Shower room.
QUERCIA sleeps 2 people and is on the first floor. Living/dining room and kitchen area. One double bedroom or one twin room. Shower room.

Tenuta Mormoraia has 3 apartments.Car hire is recommended, San Gimignano is a 5 minute drive away. San Gimignano is 33 miles from Florence and 47 miles from Pisa.
As there is not a 24-hour reception, we strongly recommend clients arrive before 18:00.
Minimum stay 7 nights (Sat-Sat).
A refundable deposit of €150 is payable on arrival.
