About Le Capanne
Standing on large private grounds, backed by woodland, Villa Le Capanne is the newly restored wing of a large farmhouse. Guests are treated to peace, tranquillity and the beautiful village of Montecastelli only a short walk away. The dining terrace and pool area is surrounded by rolling countryside and offers stunning views. The interior is charming offering plenty of Tuscan character providing a wonderful base for a couple or small family to explore this beautiful area. Please note the remainder of the property has been renovated but not completed and will remain closed.Accommodation:
Upper ground floor (reached by outside steps from the garden). Double bedroom with ladder to gallery with additional single bed (suitable for an older child). WC with basin and bidet. Kitchen/dining room with a small sitting area, fire place and access to a verandah and small balcony. Spiral indoor staircase to lower garden level. Double bedroom with walk in closet and doors to the garden and pool. Shower Room.Facilities:
