About Villamena
Built in Medieval times, this old country house is set on a hillside just three miles (five kilometres) from Assisi. Lovingly renovated using original materials, it now houses 10 well-furnished apartments. Villamena is a good choice for anyone wishing to combine sightseeing with walking in the countryside as the owner, Signora Covino, has prepared some interesting itineraries in English for both walking and driving. The nearest shop, bar and restaurants are just over half a mile (one kilometre) away. There is a swimming pool (normally in use mid May - Sep) and a tennis court as well as a large lawned garden in which to relax or dine al fresco.Accommodation:
ALLORO is a studio apartment for 2 people located on the first floor. Lounge with a double sofa bed and separate kitchen. Shower room. Reserved table and chairs in garden area.QUERCIA sleeps 2-3 people and is on the first floor. Living/dining room with kitchen area and double sofa bed. One twin bedroom and a shower room. Private terrace on the ground floor.
PRUGNO sleeps 2-3 people. A few steps down from the main building is this separate building with its own private patio with tables and chairs. Living/dining room with kitchen area and double sofa bed. One twin bedroom. Shower room.
PINO UNO sleeps 2-3 people and is on the second floor. Living/dining room with kitchen area and double sofa bed. One twin bedroom and shower room. Reserved table and chairs in the garden area.
