Your journey starts at London Victoria and your holiday begins the moment you step off the platform and board the gleaming carriages of the Belmond British Pullman. Enjoy your brunch with a Bellini as you travel through the Kentish countryside towards Folkestone, where you will board a coach for your channel crossing on the Eurotunnel shuttle.
After crossing the Channel you will board the Venice Simplon-Orient Express for the journey of a lifetime. Enjoy a four-course dinner in one of the magnificent restaurant cars and visit the Bar Car to listen to the resident pianist play, before retiring back to your cabin which has been transformed into a cosy bedroom for the night.
Awake to the spectacular scenery of the Swiss Alps as a delicious continental breakfast is served in your cabin. Venice to Paris
Includes: Lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, overnight and breakfast on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
All dishes are freshly prepared on the train by skilled French chefs, with the finest ingredients taken on board along the route.
Situated in the heart of the train is the Bar Car; here guests are invited to indulge in cocktails and coffee whilst enjoying the music from the resident pianist. There's also a champagne bar and you can choose to upgrade your breakfast to to a special champagne breakfast that's served in the dining car (an extra charge will apply).
The Maitre D' comes to your cabin to take your lunch and dinner reservations in advance, and there is also an à la carte menu and 24-hour compartment service available at an additional cost.
Cabins convert in moments from daytime seating to a luxurious bedroom, all performed by the cabin stewards whilst dinner is being served. A private lounge during the day with a banquette sofa, footstool and small table, converts to a night configuration of an upper and lower berth for Double Cabins, while Single Cabins have one lower berth.
All double cabins are private, and include a washbasin with hot and cold water, luxurious towels, linen and toiletries and a 24 hour steward service. Luxury, mosaic-tiled lavatories are located at the end of each carriage of the train.
For additional comfort and extra space, Cabin Suites are available on request. These are formed of two interconnecting Double Cabins; by day stretch out and relax with two lounges, and at night a choice of bed configurations are available.
