£100 Welcome Home Discount Voucher


Terms & Conditions
1. The £100 rebooking discount voucher applies to new bookings only.
2. Only one voucher may be used per booking.
3. All bookings must be made direct with Citalia Holidays, either online at citalia.com or on 0871 664 0250*.
4. Vouchers are valid one year from the return date of your last Citalia holiday.
5. £100 discount is subject to a minimum booking value of £1,000. For single person bookings half the discount is applicable and the minimum booking value is £500.
6. Voucher can be used in conjunction with online discount, early booking discounts, free room upgrades and free night offers. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotions, except as stated above.
7. Vouchers must be completed and submitted to Citalia addressed to: Citalia Welcome Home Promotion, The Atrium, London Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9SR, for the discount to be applied.
8. For new holiday bookings that depart within 10 weeks, where full payment is required at the time of booking, customers will be refunded £100 to their credit/ debit card or by cheque.
9. Citalia cannot be held responsible for vouchers that are lost or stolen.
10. Vouchers must be submitted to Citalia within 14 days of the date the booking was made for the discount to be applied.
11. Vouchers cannot be used as, or towards, a deposit on the holiday nor can it be exchanged for cash.
12. Voucher redemption value 0.01p.
