About Villa Sant'Andrea
Wonderfully situated on the Bay of Mazzarò, the deluxe Villa Sant'Andrea by Orient-Express enjoys an enchanting beach location just a short stroll from the cable car linking Mazzarò to Taormina.Built in the early 19th century as the private residence of a distinguished English family and subsequently extended, the villa still retains much of its original character and aristocratic charm with antique furnishings and paintings adding to its comfort and elegance. It has recently been renovated and a new adition for 2011 is an outdoor heated swimming pool, which overlooks the enchanting bay of Mazzaró and provides an ideal setting for a relaxing day.
During the summer, meals may be taken outside on the pretty terrace, where there is also an open-air bar overlooking the hotel's private beach. Restaurant Oliviero is a wonderful venue for a romantic candlelit dinner and, after dinner, head to the outdoor Bar La Terrazza, situated on the large terrace, where you can enjoy those long balmy Sicilian evenings listening to piano music.

Clasic Double rooms are comfortably decorated and enjoy lovely views of the Mediterranean gardens or courtyard. Most have a french balcony or terrace. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, internet access, minibar, safe, hairdryer and marble bathroom (most with separate bathtub and walk-in shower).Superior Double rooms enjoy lovely views of the Bay of Mazzarò and have either a french balcony or a window with a wonderful view of the bay.
