About Hotel Isabella
Citalia is delighted to introduce the Hotel Isabella, situated in the heart of Taormina on Corso Umberto. Its history dates back to 1964, when it was named as La Casa del Corso, and in 1980 it opened as a hotel. After a major renovation in 1990 we have today a centrally located hotel only a few steps from the Greco-Roman amphitheatre and ancient Sicilian monuments.The guest rooms, tastefully decorated with blues and golden yellows, look out onto the ancient Greco-Roman amphitheatre, the Bay of Naxos or the lively Corso Umberto with its archetypal network of alleyways.
Start each morning in the breakfast room decorated with trompe l'oeil and where you can also find an exposed ruin of a Roman wall, or during the warmer months head up to the roof-top terrace for breakfast with a view.
The central Hotel Isabella is ideally located for those who enjoy the strident contrasts and the liveliness of Sicily all year round.
