Situated on Calle Goldoni, you are in the heart of Venice halfway between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Picturesque walks from the hotel alongside Rio e Bacino Orseolo, leading to the Basilica di San Marco and Palazzo Ducale, will take you past Venice's largest gondola station holding scores of boats for a truly archetypal Venetian sight.

Rooms are comfortably furnished in the classical Venetian style and offer views of the picturesque streets below. Bedrooms are around 20 metres squared and facilities include a bath or shower, adjustable air conditioning, satellite television, minibar, hairdryer, safe and wifi (payable locally). All rooms have twin beds but doubles are available on request. It is possible to add two single beds for a third and fourth guest and interconnecting rooms are available.

These rooms are spacious at 28 metres squared and they provide wonderful views overlooking the canal. Some deluxe rooms are furnished in the classical Venetian style, while others have a more contemporary finish.

Since 1790, the Terrace of the Hotel Bonvecchiati has been famous in Venice for giving its name to the Restaurant of the Hotel Bonvecchiati, which is located in the romantic setting of the Terrazza. Defined by a characteristic canal and Calle Goldoni, in the summer it is a pleasant spot to sample the restaurant's cuisine, which ranges from the more typical Venetian recipes, to tradition Italian cooking and also offers international dishes to satisfy the expectations of guests from all over the world.
