Dating back over 170 years, the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria enjoys an unprecedented location at the heart of Sorrento's centre with wonderful views stretching out across the Mediterranean.Comprised of three adjoining buildings, the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria's guest rooms retain a palatial feel and public rooms recall a past splendour with their exquisite furnishings of beautiful period antiques and fine paintings. In the beautifully frescoed Restaurant Vittoria and terrace, Citalia guests dine from the à la grand carte menu, paying a supplement locally for lobster, oysters, caviar and foie gras.
The hotel also has the advantage of its own beautifully secluded gardens, where the swimming pool and children's pool are located. Standard rooms are approximately 25 - 30m² and are furnished in a typical Sorrento style with expert attention to detail. They feature fantastic views over the orange orchard that surrounds the hotel and facilities include a bath, air-conditioning, satellite TV, mini-bar, hairdryer, safe, wifi access, bathrobes and slippers.Front Sea View rooms offer a fantastic view over the Gulf of Naples.
Deluxe Front Sea View rooms with Terrace or Balcony are finely decorated in Vietri ceramic tiles and are approximately 32m². The private balcony offers a view over the Gulf of Naples. There is a seating area with sofa bed and the bathroom is furnished in marble.
Junior Suites with Front Sea View & Terrace are elaborately decorated and luxurious with a separate seating area or living room and marble bathroom. The private terrace offers a view of the Gulf of Naples.
Suites are the ultimate in luxury and comfort as they are individually decorated and each has a history of their own. The measure between 60m² and 70m² and enjoy views of the beautiful orange orchard from the large balcony. Each suite has a bedroom with separate seating area and a large bathroom.
