About Jaccarino
Only a 2 minute walk from the centre of the hillside village of Sant'Agata, which lies 5 miles (3km) from Sorrento, lies the charming Hotel Jaccarino.Set back approximately 20m from the mountain road, the Hotel Jaccarino enjoys some impressive views of the Bay of Naples and the surrounding hills.
The elegant and spacious lounges with yellow walls and terracotta floors occupy the ground floor, and adjoin a lovely terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the tranquility of the nearby hills. There is also live music played once per week on this terrace (weather permitting). At the height of summer, the Hotel Jaccarino's higher position in the hills benefits from a cooling breeze. The restaurant serves good local cuisine and the hotel even has its own pastry chef, so do take the opportunity to sample some of the delicious cakes that are prepared in house.
The swimming pool is an ideal area in which to relax, and drinks and snacks are available from the poolside bar. Guests also enjoy complimentary entrance to the bathing platform Spiaggia Leonelli (accessed by lift and normally in use mid May-end Sep), which belongs to its sister hotel the Imperial Hotel Tramontano.
