Mistral RestaurantThe wood panelled walls and the atmosphere evoking the great lake steamers characterise the refined yet informal Mistral in Bellagio, reviewed by the best restaurant guides and holder of a star in the Michelin Guide. The restaurant is directed by chef Ettore Bocchia, who is passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, known for his skill in seeking out ingredients of the highest quality, and a famous innovator of excellent cuisine. The menu offers traditionally inspired dishes which follow the seasons and a tasting menu of molecular cuisine, of which Ettore Bocchia is the prime expert in Italy. A lunch or dinner at the Mistral offers the pleasure of an unusual and tempting experience, blending tradition with innovation, on the shore of one of the world's most beautiful lakes. The restaurant, housed within the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, is open to guests who are not staying at the hotel and is also available for private parties and dinners.
