Dining Guide:

The mixture of Alpine and Mediterranean flavors, the typical production and the tradition are the passwords of the cuisine. Lake fish, olive oil and famous wines made up the flavors of the coast while mountain cheeses, honey and venison rediscover those of the mountains.
There is soft cheese that can be sampled and bought in local farms and also Alpine Cheese from Tremosine. Good food must be accompanied by good wine, such as the red and white varieties produced on the hills of Salò. In the nearby Valtenesi area you can follow the "Strada dei Vini e Sapori del Garda" food and wine route and stop at the many vineyards and wine cellars open to the public, where you can sample the excellent Garda Classico Groppello, Garda Classico Chiaretto, Rosso, Rosso Superiore, and Bianco wines.

Grand Hotel Restaurant
The main restaurant, housed in a large veranda overlooking the lake and its unforgettable sunsets, offers dishes of fine cuisine, attentive to the excellence of the local products and based on the tradition of the typical taste of the lake.
Breakfasts and dinners become a joy for mind and body. The first is enchanted by the view of Lake Garda, the second is seduced by different flavors, a mix of tradition and innovation.
