The following rooms are located in the main hotel:Superior rooms are decorated in a contemporary, neutral style inspired by Apulia's rich traditions. Located in the main building, they measure 33m² and have air conditioning, TV with in room entertainment system and iPod connection, telephone, minibar, a comfortable seating area, a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and a balcony with views over the resort or hills.
Deluxe rooms measure 40m² and have views over the resort, San Domenico golf course or the sea.
Grand Suites measure 60m² and have a bedroom, separate living room and a large terrace with views over the hills towards the sea.
Egnazia Suites measure 125m² and offer a large living room with a fireplace and dining area, a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and separate make up room, a large bathroom with a central bath, a second bathroom and a private terrace with a plunge pool and panoramic sea views.

Borgo rooms measure 45m² and have a comfortable bedroom with king-size bed, and a private entrance. Borgo Deluxe rooms measure 55m² and have a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
Borgo Townhouses are 55m² and have a ground floor with a living area, kitchenette (with microwave and kettle), bathroom and access to the garden, and a first floor with a master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony and access to the rooftop terrace.
Borgo Grand Townhouses are 65m² and enjoy the same facilities as the Borgo Townhouses and have a room with a wall bed (suitable for two people).
Borgo Two Bedroom Townhouses are 90m² and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds or bunk beds.

Grand Garden Villas are nestled in the Mediterranean gardens and measure 250m². Set over three floors, each villa has three bedrooms and a fourth room which can be used as a twin bedroom with roll-away beds, three bathrooms (two en suite), a living and dining area and fully-equipped kitchen on the ground level, a large living room on the lower level, an expansive rooftop terrace and a garden with a private swimming pool measuring 6.5m x 2.5m.
Royal Garden Villas are as above but have a larger garden and a private swimming pool measuring 8m x 3m.
