Nora is one of Sardinia’s most important archaeological sites, showcasing thousands of years of history from a location believed to be the first inhabited point of the island. Once a bold sea power that ruled the sea for many miles, the site is now a large excavation, offering immersive insights into life in BC times.

Today, visitors can enjoy guided tours around the site learning about the risks that the sea holds to Nora, and of the most important features of the recent architectural discoveries.

Opening Hours: Open from 10am – 4.30pm between the end of October and mid February, and from 8.30am – 5pm between mid February and the end of March, and from 10.30am – 7pm between the end of March and the end of September, and from 10:30am – 5.30pm between the beginning of October and the end of October. 


Prices: €7.50 per adults/ €4.50 for children 6-14
