I should like you to forward this review to your manager in order that he/she will know how much we appreciated your staff kindness and that the helpful and knowledgeable information you gave us made for an excellent stay in Lucca.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and hard working and the breakfast was delicious. The afternoon buffet was also a very much appreciated bonus.
My family and I hope we can visit this beautiful part of the world again very soon.

They work as a total team and they deserve every good adjective in the book ( helpful, cheerful, efficient, ).They are best described as...well lovely.
The hotel is like a oasis in a desert.Not that Lucca is thus described.That is also lovely.But arriving back at hotel after a gruelling day in Florence, it as an oasis of welcoming calm and delight.
