MONOPOLI

The delightful coastal resort of Monopoli boasts a lively port and pretty historic centre. Its large central piazza is lined with bars and cafés.

TORRE CANNE

With its beach of soft, golden sand and excellent spa facilities, the attractive seaside resort of Torre Canne was once a little fishing village. It is well-placed for visiting the 'White City' of Ostuni, just 11 miles (18km) away.

SAVELLETRI DI FASANO

Known for its excellent seafood, Savelletri di Fasano is a fishing village, ideally situated for exploring both the coastline and interior landscapes of central Puglia.

ALBEROBELLO

The 'trulli' capital of Puglia, Alberobello is decorated by these unusual whitewashed limestone dwellings, whose conical roofs create a dramatic skyline.

SELVA DI FASANO

Between the sea and the hills lying on Puglia's fertile plains is the whitewashed town of Fasano.

OSTUNI

The exquisite little town of Ostuni is situated close to a tranquil stretch of coastline. It is known as the 'White City' because of its whitewashed streets and buildings.

LECCE

From the heart of the deep south of Italy, Lecce is to the Baroque as Florence is to the Renaissance. It is famous for its wealth and finest examples of Baroque architecture.

OTRANTO

Greek in origin, the walled city of Otranto is not to be missed. It also makes an ideal base for exploring the eastern peninsula and southern cape of Italy steeped with many golden, sandy beaches.
