As the leading Italian specialist, we have more than 85 years’ experience in organising Italy holidays.

Italy is an incredibly diverse country, with historical cities, picturesque lakes, stunning coastline and rolling countryside. In the north of the country it’s all about stunning scenery, with the majestic Dolomites and mountain-backed lakes. Venice, Verona and Milan are all found here, making it a great place for a city break as well. A little way south you’ll find Liguria, edged by some of Italy’s most beautiful beaches, and the foodie region of Emilia-Romagna. They’re followed by Tuscany and Umbria, where vineyard-striped countryside and hilltop towns are the order of the day. Tuscany is also home to Florence, with its distinctive Renaissance dome and world-famous art galleries.

Travel further south and you’ll hit Rome, a city filled with ancient sites and grand monuments, followed by Campania, a region that’s home to vibrant Naples, peaceful Cilento, and the spectacular Amalfi Coast, not to mention the lovely seaside town of Sorrento. In the far south (the heel of the 'boot') is Puglia, an unspoilt region with sandy beaches, pretty towns and delicious food. Italy’s islands are also well worth visiting. Sicily offers a real mix of culture, history and scenery, making it a top spot for a self-drive holiday, while Sardinia is famous for its white-sand beaches and family-friendly resorts. Wherever you choose to explore, we’d love to pair you with your dream holiday to Italy.
